- Questions about your account, reminders or records.
- A mistake in a schedule, a travel rule or a guide: tell us the page and what you think is wrong. Fixes are logged with their date.
- Something that does not work with your screen reader, keyboard or zoom.
- A privacy request: to see, correct, download or delete what we hold. Please write from the e-mail address on your account.
We aim to reply within 5 working days, and we answer privacy requests within one month at most, as the law requires.
Please do not send
- Photos or scans of your pet's passport, certificates or vet records.
- Microchip numbers, or your pet's medical details.
- Anything about your own health.
E-mail is not the place for them, and we do not need them to help you. If you send them anyway, we delete them once your question is answered.
